As our boutique has grown, I've been incredibly grateful to welcome wonderful people who share that same vision. Today, Judith and I are looking for kind, talented individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy making a difference.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Are you a creative Graphic Designer with a passion for fashion, branding, and e-commerce?
At Judith & Claire, every image, banner, and email reflects who we are as a boutique. We're looking for someone who shares our love for timeless style and can help bring our collections to life through beautiful, inspiring design.
Responsibilities
- Design elegant website banners, promotional graphics, and product imagery.
- Create engaging visuals for email campaigns, social media, and digital advertising.
- Help maintain the timeless look and feel of the Judith & Claire brand.
- Collaborate with our marketing team on seasonal campaigns and new collections.
- Ensure every customer touchpoint feels polished, warm, and consistent.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- A great eye for typography, color, layout, and branding.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work remotely.
- A portfolio that showcases your recent work.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Do you genuinely enjoy helping people and creating exceptional shopping experiences?

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer emails in a warm, professional, and timely manner.
- Assist customers with sizing, product questions, orders, exchanges, and returns.
- Deliver thoughtful, personal support with every conversation.
- Work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Share ideas that help us continue improving the customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service experience, preferably within retail or e-commerce.
- Excellent written English.
- A friendly, patient, and solution-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for helping women feel confident in what they wear.
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment.
