Please note that items purchased with a discount of 40% or more are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
TRACKING UPDATES
Tracking information may take several business days to synchronize with the shipping carrier's system.
This delay does not indicate that your order is lost, unprocessed, or eligible for cancellation.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items purchased with a discount of 40% or more are final sale.
These items are not eligible for:
• Returns
• Refunds
• Exchanges
Sale items discounted by less than 40% may be returned only if all return requirements are met.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet all of the following conditions:
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.
• Original tags and packaging must still be attached.
• Trying on items is permitted, but they may not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be approved before any item is returned.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional shipping charges related to the return remain the customer's responsibility.
• Return requests may only be submitted after the order has been successfully delivered.
A $15 restocking fee per returned item applies to cover inspection and handling costs. This amount will be deducted from your final refund.
MULTIPLE SIZE ORDERS
Purchasing multiple sizes of the same item solely for fitting purposes is not permitted.
Orders placed with the intention of trying multiple sizes are not eligible for returns or refunds.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Judith & Claire does not reimburse return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Please wait until you receive return authorization and instructions from our support team before sending any package.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.
For your protection, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Judith & Claire cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
RETURN PERIOD
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Unfortunately, returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, it immediately enters our fulfillment process.
For this reason, orders cannot be canceled after payment has been confirmed.
If you wish to return your order, you must wait until it has been delivered and then submit a return request in accordance with this policy.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are not available for items purchased at a discount of 40% or more, including exchanges for different sizes or colors.
We encourage customers to carefully review our sizing information before completing their purchase.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible.
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement or a full refund where appropriate.

REFUNDS
After your returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed within 14 days using your original payment method.

LIABILITY
Judith & Claire is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
While we'll always do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer, Judith & Claire cannot guarantee replacement, reimbursement, or redelivery.
RETURN FORM

Returns received without the required return form may be delayed, refused, or become ineligible for a refund.
