ORDER PROCESSING
Once your order has been placed, we require approximately 1–3 business days to carefully process and prepare it for shipment.
Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or busy promotional periods may require slightly longer processing times.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery times are generally between 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

SHIPPING ORIGIN

SHIPPING COSTS

ORDER TRACKING

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.

While we'll always do our best to help, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing.
Judith & Claire cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
DELIVERED PACKAGES
Once the shipping carrier confirms that a package has been successfully delivered to the address provided during checkout, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
Judith & Claire is not responsible for:
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Shipping delays caused by the carrier
• Incorrect addresses provided during checkout
• Customs delays, duties, or import fees
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.
